• See Nate’s Los Angeles Home In AD!

As a designer, it’s one thing – a huge thing – to see your work in the pages of AD. But it’s a whole different ballgame when it’s not just your work, it’s your life. The well-won antique furniture, the agonized-over paint colors, the breakfast cereal, the toddler, and of course, the husband (and co-designer on this incredible project – love you, Jer).

The word “speechless” comes to mind, but then again, I’m too excited to stop talking.

Jeremiah and I are thrilled to share our Los Angeles home with AD in the January 2018 issue – the AD 100 edition on stands now. Want a peek at what you’ll see inside?

  • I'm lucky to be able to say this is the third time my home has been published in AD – that feels like a pretty incredible honor after over 20 years in the business. Meanwhile, Poppy isn't three yet and this is her second appearance in the magazine. She's obviously doing something right.

The truth is, while this is obviously a huge achievement, I’m most excited about this issue as an artifact from this incredible time in our lives. I know this issue will have a special place in our home for years, and generations, to come.

  • Special thanks to AD's Amy Astley and Mayer Rus for including us in such a stunner of an issue, as well as to stylist Lawren Howell and the great Douglas Friedman for his photography.

Pick up your issue at your preferred newsstand or bookstore now, and check out the story and tour online at ArchitecturalDigest.com.
