Nate Berkus Entertainment is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the Principal and Executive Team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, positive, dedicated, and resourceful, with a high level of organization and attention to detail. This is a full-time, primarily in-office position based in New York City. 

What You Will Do
- Support day-to-day operations in the New York office by performing tasks related to organization and communications
- Assist with administrative and logistical aspects of special projects, media appearances, photo shoots, digital platforms and online storefronts
- Filing, expense reports, research on behalf of Executive Team
- Event planning and travel arrangements under supervision of Director of Operations
- Provide necessary materials and taking notes during meetings
- Assist Principal with personal tasks, including errands and shopping
- Manage vendors and maintenance of Principal’s primary residence in Manhattan
- Coordinate family schedules and manage communications with household staff  

Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment
- Media, entertainment, design experience a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, or the ability to quickly learn new programs
- Exhibit a high level of initiative and ability to anticipate needs of the Executive Team.
- Possess exceptional organization, efficiency and communication skills.
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible; able to manage competing priorities.

Nate Berkus Associates New York is looking for an intern for the Winter semester beginning in January 2025. The position would require 3-5 days of work per week.

Responsibilities include maintenance of the sample library, assisting Designers and Design Assistants with pricing, quotes, and selection of materials which may require trips to vendor showrooms. Other duties may include CAD, drafting, and entry of specifications into our design tracking program, assisting with preparation of presentations as well as filing and other administrative duties. Proficiency in Photoshop and PC/Windows is a plus.
