Hancock Park
For Nate and Jeremiah, renovating this 1928 Spanish Colonial to become his family’s home meant unearthing its roots by reinstating the original color palette, carefully restoring time-worn finishes with reclaimed building materials, and reimagining the functionality for modern family living. In came antique French mantels, Spanish marble floors, iron and glass doors, vintage lanterns, and unlacquered brass hardware. With a timeless backdrop in place, Nate and Jeremiah layered in their existing collections of furnishings and heirlooms.
