West Village Brownstone

This quintessential West Village brownstone felt like home from the minute Nate & Jeremiah saw it. Built in 1899, the house stands at only 18 feet wide—a 180-degree challenge and sharp contrast to the spacious home they left in Los Angeles. Nate and Jeremiah brought in a lot of texture and detail to bring the home to life: from grass cloth wallpaper, antique mantels and vintage light fixtures to plaster finishes, and a custom double-height oak bookcase - a feat of engineering by Hetman LLC - which provides valuable storage and is also a much-talked about centerpiece.
