Nate Designs A Chic Hollywood Pied-A-Terre

Only in Hollywood would you find a kitchen that resembled the starship Enterprise‘s command center (the apartment used to belong to the set designer for Star Trek!). This was the starting point for Nate and his design team as they reimagined the space, taking it from dated to modern and livable. Clients Lee Imperial and Joey Luna wanted to create an elegant pied-a-terre in Los Angeles as a launching point for their global travels. Both international businessmen, the apartment had to be as hardworking as they are, and provide a soft place to land. One of the biggest challenges in the small 985-square foot space: storage, or lack thereof. Drawing inspiration from a ship’s cabin, Nate created clever and stylish storage solutions for the couple. Describing the design process as “magical”, the end result feels well-traveled, eclectic and unique. Just like Joey and Lee.
