Vintage midcentury modern serpentine "Cloud" sofa designed by Vladimir Kagan for Directional in the 1970s. Recently upholstered in black cashmere (2023). Kagan was a master of organic, free-flowing forms, epitomized in the sculptural kidney-shaped silhouette. Balancing comfort and elegance, the sofa sits on two circular wooden pedestal bases and a central Lucite support, creating a floating appearance that enhances its mid-century modern aesthetic.
